Oh I almost forgot. So I went out yesterday and today and it was sunny. This is equal to : My hair has bleached by the sun. So instead of the weak red, now it is a mix of red and blondy(not a mix, more like a transition). I like i! \0/

Woah! This is interesting! My dad’s family is from Germany, but some time they moved to Portugal. My mon is Brazilian but ther family origins are Dutch. I am Brazilian, but I do not feel like one....

lemon juice+sodium bicarbonate then you grab a q-tip and put it in the aphtha it doesn’t hurt that much after that and it helps to heal : )
This work for tongue aphthas? I had aphthas before(I take a massive dose of juice per day, orange, lemon, passion fruit… only citrics fruits…...
