Back from the football(soccer) my ankle hold well… until I twisted it a bit…
Some guy “locked” my knee(this was not ok) and then I was like worse.
But I am comingback to the old form, slowly but…

So last year I broke my left ankle ligament. After the doctor said I could get off the robocop boot while still in the physiotherapy when I moved my ankle it clicked cause the ligament was weak.
Now I am walking 8km a day and I felt my ankle, wich is bad. So today it went clicking again…

Plus I like the Fact Sandra should be “just a girl” and act as support for Michaela Rose, but then She take the first place(she was in the middle when they performed, and she sang more parts for ex).
I don’t like DISCO, I mean the Disco thing(I don’t consider ABBA disco and BeeGees is, but what I like is more like a balad).
But this band(Arabesque) is PURE Disco and I can listen to them… What Sandra does to me, hun?
PS: She was in this band before her Solo stuff…
